Green long leaves with white root like below
No sound unless air is windy
White part taste like lemon

It is used as medicinal plant, can cure colds, coughs, anti-inflammatory, just bruise the white part and let it boil with leaves (make sure it is clean) until the water is almost half, let it cool or refrigerate it and drink a glass at least twice a day. Most Asian use it for cooking dishes, I use mine for soups, sauces, dips and marinates.
